To my knowledge the use of "Arvato" by itself did not occur until 2016. Given the time frame between 2007 and 2016 your release would be a reissue. Having said that Reissue and repress are not exclusive. A release can be both. I am not sure on the ... See full review

A very early Quality re-issue. Can't find out anything more on it. The Q of Quality has a square around it. In small print it says Quality Records Limited 1949. Wikipedia says the company started ini 1950. I'm perplexed.
